Facelift San Antonio
There are many factors, including sun and wind exposure, significant weight gain or loss, and the effects of time, that combine to make the skin of the face stretched and loose, resulting in fine wrinkles, deep lines, and sagging jowls. Neck Lift
As we grow older, so do our bodies. Sagging skin, loose flesh, and extra folds of fat are some of the unsightly signs of aging. For many people, the neck is the first place to show age, as double chins and "turkey wattles" seem to appear from nowhere – and then remain.
A neck lift from San Antonio Plastic Surgery Center can reduce the appearance of a saggy neck. The procedure may be performed by itself or in combination with another lift, such as a mid-face lift or brow lift. When the neck lift is performed on the right candidate, it can dramatically improve the neck’s appearance, restore a youthful chin line, and take years off the face. Mid-face lift (Cheek)

In this procedure, incisions are made around the temporal hairline, lower eyelid (if required), and in the mouth, just above the incisor teeth. The fatty tissues that have dropped from just below the eyelid are moved back into place with stitches. This also elevates the corners of the mouth and the jowl areas. A mid-face lift can be done alone, or combined with other facial procedures. The procedure takes about two hours and is typically performed on an outpatient basis using general anesthesia. Most people return to work about a week later, and swelling subsides within two weeks. A soft diet and analgesics are required following the operation to help alleviate any discomfort and swelling.

Brow/Forehead Lift
Horizontal creases on the forehead or lines above the nose can make people look perpetually sad, angry, tired, or older than they are. Factors such as sun exposure, significant weight changes, and genetics can exaggerate the effect.
A procedure known as a brow lift or forehead lift can tighten and lift the skin of the forehead, raising the brow line and reducing wrinkles and lines to take years off the appearance of the face and create a fresher, rejuvenated appearance.
The standard brow lift requires an incision above the forehead, concealed behind the hairline. Excess skin is removed and muscles are tightened. For patients whose brow wrinkles are not too deep, it may be possible to perform a less invasive endoscopic lift, in which instruments and a viewing device are inserted through small incisions in the skin to lift the underlying tissue and secure it while it heals.

San Antonio Rhinoplasty
For those who feel their nose is out of proportion to the rest of their face, nose surgery, known as rhinoplasty, at San Antonio Plastic Surgery Center can correct the problem, resulting in greatly enhanced self-image and self-confidence.
Dr. Fisher can make a nose smaller or larger, or adjust the bridge, the shape of the tip, or the nostrils. He is also able to correct crookedness, damage due to injuries, and breathing abnormalities caused by problems with the internal structure of the nose.
The Rhinoplasty Procedure
Rhinoplasty at the San Antonio Plastic Surgery Center is performed under general anesthesia. Incisions are often made inside the nostrils, or in the crease beneath. The incisions are placed inconspicuously in order to reduce visible scarring. When the size of the nose is being reduced, the bones may need to be carefully repositioned. To remove a bump, the doctor will scrape away excess cartilage. Rhinoplasty usually takes one to two hours to complete, depending on the type of adjustments that need to be made, and recovery time can last as long as a month. Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty)
The solution to excess or puffy skin around the eyelids that makes people appear tired or older than they are is eyelid surgery, also known as blepharoplasty. This procedure restores the skin around the eyes to a youthful, more rested appearance and reduces the signs of aging.
The Blepharoplasty Procedure
In blepharoplasty, the incision is placed just above the eye, allowing excess skin to be trimmed away and fatty deposits to be removed from the lid. The procedure is performed under general anesthesia, on an outpatient basis and usually takes from one to three hours to perform. Eyelid surgery will produce a younger, more refreshed appearance. There may be some temporary side effects such as swelling and bruising, sensitivity to light, or dryness in the eyes, but these normally go away in about 10 days.
